Leverkusen drew 1-1 with St Pauli in the Bundesliga on Sunday, meaning that Bayern are now on the verge of title glory. Kane scored as the Bavarian giants beat Heidenheim 4-0 on Saturday and he is now within touching distance of ending a trophy drought that has plagued his entire career.

Bayern can win the Bundesliga next weekend but they would need results to go in their favour for the title to be officially won. They have 72 points, while Leverkusen have 64 and, with four games remaining, Xabi Alonso's side can reach a maximum of 76 points. As a result, a win for Bayern next weekend and Leverkusen failing to win would crown Kane and Co. Otherwise, if both sides win, Bayern will have to wait until the following weekend.
